Friday Inspiration

image I've been very fortunate to have met some pretty awesome people online.  Oftentimes, even when I feel as though I've gained enough knowledge in a particular area, I still hit that 'opt in' button for newsletters and announcements from others who offer coaching or business tips. Even if you are in the coaching business yourself,  you can always benefit from listening to another expert. That person may have a style that you haven't encountered or offer tips that you didn't think about. Sometimes they simply offer an extra dose of motivation when you least expect it. I'm so grateful for the email I received in my Inbox from Ms. Kelly Claypool.  She reminded me of the importance of setting goals, and rewarding yourself for even the smallest victories.  Take a look at the email from Kelly below, and check her out on Facebook on Business and Learning.

CONGRATULATIONS you made it to Friday! Today is Day 5 in my BE INTENTIONAL series and the day to finalize your week. Take a look at your Top 5 list and evaluate yourself.

Did you complete your Top 5? If not, why not? If so, then congratulate yourself. Reward yourself for a job well done.

Here are what a few folks wanted to complete this week:

Robert - create a 5-day ecourse Lisa - create a checklist as an optin gift Andrea - prepare for a class she's hosting tomorrow Tina - work on her Mission Statement Suzanne - make 10 prospect calls each day Scott - record his first podcast Kim - send out invoices Samantha - obtain $1000 in sponsorships for her non-profit event coming up.

Looking over this list and knowing these folks, there's no doubt in my mind that they've completed what they've set out to do! They are achievers. They are go-getters. They are action takers.

Did you know that just two little letters can make a HUGE difference? Yep, they can.

Take the word INTENTION. The meaning is 'to aim for or plan'. However, if you add 'AL' to the end, making it INTENTIONAL, the meaning changes to 'done on purpose, deliberate'. And that's exactly what I've asked you to do this week. BE INTENTIONAL!

To be deliberate in your work. To be on purpose in doing your tasks. To be up front and center in your business. You are the only one that can make things happens and when you're INTENTIONAL, you bring success.

Finish up today by completing your Top 5 and go into the weekend being victorious!

Thank you for spending your week with me. I've enjoyed the wonderful feedback. I've enjoyed answering questions. And, I've enjoyed being in your space. YOU are amazing and I appreciate you so very much!

Until next week, enjoy your weekend!
